The Rolling Stones kicked off their highly anticipated ‘Tour '24’ with a bang on Sunday night at NRG Stadium in Houston. The Stones treated fans to an 18-song, two-hour set that spanned their storied career.
The concert opened with the iconic riff of "Start Me Up", then the Stones delivered hit after hit. The setlist included "Get Off My Cloud," "Tumbling Dice," "You Can’t Always Get What You Want," "Sympathy For the Devil," "Gimme Shelter," "Honky Tonk Women," "Jumpin' Jack Flash" and more.
The band delved into deeper tracks, including "Rocks Off" and "Out of Time." And for the first time since 2016, they resurrected "Little T&A," with Keith Richards taking the lead vocals.
The Stones showcased material from their "Hackney Diamonds" album. Songs included "Angry," and the live debut of "Mess it Up." They also performed "Sweet Sounds of Heaven" without Lady Gaga, who’s featured on the album.
This is The Rolling Stones’ 19th U.S. tour with 19 shows through July 17th in Santa Clara, California. They’ll also make a stop at Jazz Fest in New Orleans later this week on Thursday.
