Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Ann and Nancy Wilson joined country stars Vince gill and Emmylou Harris at a benefit concert for the Country Music Hall of Fame this week in Los Angeles.
The fundraiser was a "guitar pull" format, in which artists take turns talking about their songs, then performing them and are often joined by other artists on stage.
The Wilson sisters brought Heart bassist Dan Rothchild along to accompany them on an acoustic bass guitar as the performed with Vince and Emmylou. Afterwards, Ann and Nancy performed "Dog and Butterfly" and they accompanied Emmylou Harris on "Orphan Girl."
They performed the Robert Plant-Allison Krauss song "Through the Morning, Through the Night" with Vince Gill. Finally, the sisters closed with "Sand" from their 2010 album Red Velvet Car.
Ann and Nancy also spoke about Heart's appreciation for country music.
