After overcoming a stubborn vocal ailment, Art Garfunkel has announced an extensive U.S. tour schedule for late spring and summer.

Art recently told New Haven, Connecticut's Register that he feels "like 26."  Garfunkel added, "I worked to get the voice back...I have been singing since I was five, it's my best friend.  I'm married to singing and its problems.  The voice left me and now it's back, I am so grateful."

Be watching for Art's appearance on HBO on May 31st.  He inducted Cat Stevens into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
