Dionne Warwick's "Little Prayer" has apparently gotten her out of a messy tax bill from Uncle Sam.

TMZ reports that a federal bankruptcy trustee has recommended that she be excused for almost all of the $10 million she owes in back taxes, a mountain of debt that began piling up in 1991.

It's not unusual for someone going through bankruptcy to hold onto some possessions.  You might raise an eyebrow learning the proposed settlement will allow Dionne to keep fur coats, diamond earrings and gowns worth nearly $18,000, along with another $5,000 worth of paintings.
