Despite being one of the most successful American bands of the 70's, Three Dog Night has never toured England and Germany.

The group has played few shows outside North America.  That's all about to change.  Co-founder Cory Wells says they've just been signed to join Heart and Foreigner (What a show!).  They will tour New Zealand next January.

Surprisingly the members of those groups have never met one another.  "But we'll get to know each other very well," Cory Wells says.  He went on to say he wouldn't be surprised if the shows were recorded and agreed the package might make a great public TV special.

Three Dog Night is also working on a new album.  Cory says they've been recording new material for "three and a half years."  He adds that with a still-busy tour schedule it's hard to find time to devote to it.
