Dave Kelly

Dave Kelly grew up in the Detroit area, where he acquired his special love for the Motown sound of his hometown. After graduating from Wayne State University there – the same university the legendary Casey Kasem attended – Dave got his first in-air job at WJXQ in Jackson/Lansing MI in 1981. After stints in WVIC/Lansing, Cleveland (G98) 94Z in Raleigh, NC and several Florida stations (99.9/Daytona Beach, Lite Rock 99.3/Cocoa Beach-Melbourne, WMGF/Orlando) and the legendary BJ105 Orlando and Q105/Tampa, Dave is holding down middays at KBGO. Dave collects antique radios, and lives with his wife Roseanne, their three dogs and three cats. It’s no wonder he’s a spokesman for Fuzzy Friends Rescue, since all his animals are rescues themselves. Dave gets you through your workday with the greatest music ever made.
