Janet Jackson will re-release some classic music next month.
Control: The Remixes, which was originally issued in 1987, will be out again July 26th as a two-LP set (or CD) with alternate mixes of "Nasty," "What Have You Done for Me Lately" and the title track.
Jackson's third album -- her first made with writer-producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis -- came out in 1986 and sold more than five-million copies in the U.S.. It changed her image from being you-know-who's kid sister to an R&B superstar.
