Glen Campbell: The Legacy [1961 - 2017], a 2003 box set that is being reissued in an expanded 78-track version today, encapsulates the country-pop icon's six-decade career.
The four-disc set runs from his 1961 single "Turn Around, Look at Me" -- a half-dozen years before The Vogues turned it into a Top 10 hit -- to his final recording, "Adios," made with many of his fellow Wrecking Crew session players.
The Legacy does not include anything from 2018's well-received set of demos Sing for the King. We hear that Capitol Records intends to submit that album in traditional and historic categories for 2020 Grammy consideration.
