Peter Frampton refuses to give in to his disease

Peter Frampton is well aware that there is no cure for his ailment -- Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM), which causes muscle inflammation, weakness and atrophy. But he's not giving in.

Frampton talked about what he does to keep Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM), which causes muscle inflammation, weakness and atrophy, from progressing:

"The thing that prolings everything is exercise. So, I exercise like a maniac now because I'm trying to keep upright as long as I can. I know other people that have had the disease that it's all happened in a very short space of time. So, I'm extremely lucky."

The disease is why Frampton is on his farewell tour, which is in the Cleveland suburb of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio on Thursday.Frampton is coming to Toyota Music Factory in Irving next month on September 22nd.
