Joan Jett and country singer Carrie Underwood are teaming up to record NBC's Sunday Night Football theme. They performed together at CMA Fest in June and got on really well. Carrie suggested they do this project.
The rock-country collaborators will bring back "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night," which is based on "I Hate Myself for Loving You."
A preview of the clip will air on this week's edition of Sunday Night Football.
