Barry Gibb's country duets album has been released.Barry joined several country stars on Greenfields: The Gibb Brothers' Songbook Volume 1, an album of updated Bee Gees songs.
Gibb told NPR that he and his brothers Maurice and Robin were always fans of American country music. He said, "Since I was about nine or 10 years old, it was really in my system and it never left. Bluegrass music and country music is really what I care about more than anything else. Once all my brothers were no longer with me, once I was alone, I was able to focus on, 'Well, what's my passion?' "
The album features duets with country stars like Dolly Parton, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert and more.
