Dionne Warwick hosts Q&A session for her fans on Twitter

Dionne Warwick fielded several questions from her adoring during a recent Twitter Q&A session.

The legendary singer discussed being nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and possibly working with Taylor Swift.

Dionne says she’s very pleased that several Black women are among those nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: "All I can say is, 'It's about time!' [Chuckle] It's about time for some of these ladies who I thought should have been there. How could Tina Turner not have been in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? How? It's crazy! I'm thrilled that Chaka Khan should've been there a long time ago. And, it's wonderful that Mary J. Blige is even nominated. Yes, I'm thrilled about that. And, like I said, it's all overdue. And I'm very happy to have also been nominated. I sure hope you're voting for me."

Dionne talked about being a fan of Taylor Swift: "I absolutely am. I think Taylor has a wonderful voice. She writes incredible music and it'd be wonderful for her to write something for me to sing with her."

Dionne went on to say she’s open to the possibility of updating the 80’s charity classic “That’s What Friends Are For.” Dionne says she watches of lot of TV classics on MeTV and is "spending too much time at [her] refrigerator" as she stays home during the pandemic.
