The Rolling Stones released their legendary 11th studio album ‘Sticky Fingers’ 50 years ago this today on April 30, 1971.

‘Sticky Fingers’ was the first album The Rolling Stones released on their own label, Rolling Stones Records. "Each track has certain memories and you remember who was there and, you know, when my guitar fell apart during 'Brown Sugar' or something. But overall I just have a really good recollection of those sessions at the time. It was a good one."

‘Sticky Fingers’ was certified triple-platinum and also inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. It was the first Rolling Stones album to reach #1 in both the U.K. and the U.S.
