More guitars designed and played by the late Eddie Van Halen are headed to auction.
This time it’s five Charvel EVH Art Series guitars designed, hand-striped and played by Eddie. The guitars will be auctioned by Julien’s Auctions next month during the Music Icons sale which will take place June 11th through 13th.
Alex Van Halen’s Ludwig drum set from Van Halen’s 1980 Invasion Tour, will also be auctioned. It has been on exhibit in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The drum set is estimated to auction for between $200- and $300,000.
100% of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Frangioni Foundation and Mr. Holland’s Opus.
