The Boss headed back to Broadway

Bruce Springsteen is doing his part to help Broadway reopen. The rock ‘n roll legend has just announced his show “Springsteen on Broadway” for this summer.

The show will kick off its run on June 26th at the St. James Theatre, with shows confirmed through September 4th.

Springsteen said, “I loved doing ‘Springsteen on Broadway’ and I’m thrilled to have been asked to reprise the show as part of the reopening of Broadway.”

Springsteen said proceeds from opening night will benefit several New York and New Jersey charities, including Boys and Girls Club (of Monmouth County),Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Community FoodBank of New Jersey, Food Bank for New York City and more.

Tickets will go on sale Thursday and audience members must prove they are fully vaccinated to attend.
