Elton John is working up an all-new Christmas song with Ed Sheeran, his good friend and a former client of Elton’s management company.
“Yeah, he let the cat out of the bag didn’t he?,” said Elton to NME. He added, “I was sworn to secrecy and then big mouth Sheeran goes to the Netherlands! It’s supposed to come out – we haven’t finished it yet, so there’s still work to be done...”
“I can’t say any more than that because it’s in his hands."
Elton John just released a new album last Friday.‘The Lockdown Sessions’ features 16 collaborations Elton put together over the past18 months.The album features Stevie Nicks, Stevie Wonder, Eddie Vedder, and the late Glen Campbell among others.
