Fab week for the Fab Four

The Beatles reissue of their iconic ‘Let It Be’ album debuted at #5 on the ‘Billboard 200.’ It originally spent four weeks at #1 from June 13th to July 4th, 1970 -- one of 19 #1 albums from the Fab Four.

According numbers in Billboard, "’Let It Be’ earned 55,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. for the week ending Oct. 21st, (that’s up 3,899%).

Of that sum, album sales make up 48,000 (up a whopping 11,570%; making it the top-selling album of the week), Streaming Equivalent Albums units comprise 6000 unites (that’s up 589%; equaling 8.34 million on-demand streams) and Track Equivalent Albums units comprise 1000 (up 1180%).

‘Let It Be’ is also in the #1 spot on the Top Album Sales, Catalog AlbumsSoundtracks and Tastemaker Albums charts. That’s a pretty good week.

‘Let It Be’ last appeared on the Billboard 200 back in December 2010.
