An ABBA bidding war has begun in Las Vegas.
The legendary group recently made a comeback with their album ‘ABBA Voyage,’ and now there’s the possibility of a Vegas residency—and the venue has sparked a competition.
MGM Resorts, Caesars Palace, and Resorts World are all vying to host an ABBA digital avatar show. ABBA did recently perform digitally as "Abbatars" and Bjorn Ulvaeus has said that type of concert could go on forever.
A source said, “There is a huge appetite for Abba’s new show 'Voyage' in Las Vegas. MGM Resorts, Caesars Palace and Resorts World are desperate to secure it and have been locked in a bidding war over it.” We’ll see what happens there.
