ZZ Top lead vocalist Billy Gibbons said he was thrilled to hear about the Dusty Hill estate sale until he found out that Hill’s family had nothing to do with the sale.
According to Gibbons, an anonymous buyer bought Hill’s house after he passed away last July, then went through the house, took any memorabilia they could find, and will use those items in the estate sale. The sale included Dusty’s old furniture, framed posters, artwork, and other items from the house.
