Stevie Nicks is set to release a new song today. She’ll release her own version of a 1960’s classic by Buffalo Springfield.
Stevie took to her socials, and said, "It’s called ‘For What It’s Worth’ and it was written by Stephen Stills [for Buffalo Springfield] in 1966. It meant something to me then, and it means something to me now.”
She added, “I always wanted to interpret it through the eyes of a woman -- and it seems like today, in the times we live in, it has a lot to say… I can’t wait for you to hear it.”
Stevie hasn’t released any music since "Show Them the Way" last year. Stevie is touring this fall, with her next stop show being at the Sound on Sound Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut on Saturday.
