Sammy Hagar has shared that the Van Halen albums from his era are going to be remastered, and that could include one “lost song” fans have never heard. -- which means one lost song should finally see the light of day.
"Between Us Two" was originally recorded for the movie Twister but then it was shelved and never leaked. Many Van Halen fans have speculated that the song might have never been recorded.Hagar told Kyle Meredith that it was indeed a finished track.
A Twister sequel has been announced and Sammy was asked if it could be used for the upcoming movie. He said, "I don’t know if I can resurrect it, but we got it; it’s done. It’s in the archives; they’ll find it. They’re looking through the archives right now to try to remaster some of the old stuff from my era. They’ll find it. That’s gonna be a treasure.”
