It took 59 years but The Who finally have a number-one album in the U.S.
The iconic band’s latest release, The Who With Orchestra Live at Wembley, topped the Billboard Classical Albums chart, officially making it their first number-one album in America. Their 1971 album Who’s Next only topped the U.K. charts, not the U.S.
The Who With Orchestra Live at Wembley was recorded live at London's Wembley Stadium on July 6th, 2019. The Who, along with a full orchestra, will kick off a European tour on June 14th in Barcelona, Spain.
