David Lee Roth has just reworked another Van Halen classic.
Diamond Dave just released his version of "Atomic Punk" from the group's self-titled debut album.This is the seventh Van Halen cover he’s recorded. This one was also recorded on May 3rd, 2022 during a session at Henson Recording Studio in Hollywood. “Atomic Punk" is now up on YouTube.
Dave and his backing band recorded 14 songs in that session, and he’s been releasing one song every two or three months since then.
