Eric Clapton has teamed up with country singer Bradley Walker on a new version of “Always on My Mind" in celebration of Willie Nelson's 90th birthday, which was last April 29th. Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood is also featured on the song.
There’s also a video that opens with a note saying, "Dear Willie, Here's to 90 years and many more. Love, Eric and Bradley." It then runs through a montage of footage and photos of Willie throughout the years.
Willie Nelson didn't write the song, but his version went to #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 in in 1982 and earned him three Grammy Awards in 1983 -- Song of the Year, Best Country Song and Best Male Country Vocal Performance.
