Lou Gramm announces retirement from touring

Lou Gramm, the original voice behind Foreigner, has announced his retirement from touring. After a long career spanning nearly five decades, Gramm is ready to shift gears and focus on life off the road.

In 2019, Gramm hinted at reducing his time on tour, but now he confirms that this year will mark his final bow from the stage. In a heartfelt statement, he expressed his desire to dedicate more time to his family and his passion for muscle cars. "I've been doing it for almost 50 years," Gramm said, acknowledging that the rigors of travel have become the most challenging aspect of performing.

Despite stepping back from touring, Gramm's fans have much to look forward to. He's scheduled to perform in six shows this summer as part of Bret Michaels' Parti-Gras tour. Lou will also release a new album in the fall, ensuring that his voice will continue to resonate with long time fans.
