In 1964, when The Beatles first set foot on American soil, they were greeted by thousands of screaming fans, their music resonating with a generation of young people. Among the sea of faces was a teenage girl named Adrienne from Brooklyn, who professed her love for Paul McCartney "with all her heart" during a brief interview.
Fast forward 60 years, and Paul McCartney has finally responded to Adrienne's declaration of love. In a video message, McCartney revealed that he has made it to Brooklyn, where Adrienne was from. Sir Paul invited Adrienne to visit his photo exhibit, "Paul McCartney Photographs 1963-64: Eyes of the Storm."
The exhibit is on display at the Brooklyn Museum through August 18th. It offers a glimpse into the early days of The Beatles, capturing moments from a time when they were just beginning to take the world by storm.
