ABC has released a trailer for its upcoming special, “Bruce Springsteen: Backstage and Backstreets,” hosted by George Stephanopoulos. The show focuses on Springsteen’s new documentary, “Road Diary,” which will be available for streaming on Hulu and Disney+ starting October 25th. The trailer features a montage of performance and interview clips, offering fans a glimpse into the legendary musician’s life and career.
The trailer also reveals why Springsteen’s wife, Patti Scialfa, disclosed her cancer diagnosis in the documentary. In a recent interview, Springsteen explained that Scialfa wanted to address her absence from the road, reassuring fans that she is doing well, and that the cancer was caught early.
