In February, Kansas lead singer Ronnie Platt was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Fast forward to March 4th, and he underwent successful surgery. Now, just two weeks later, Platt has been given the all-clear to get back on stage and do what he loves most—performing.
Reflecting on his journey, Platt shared, "It’s hard to believe that less than two months ago I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer… It really was just a bump in the road! Thank you so much for your prayers, your positive vibes, and encouraging and hopeful messages."
Excitement is building for April 4th, when Platt will once again greet the audience with his iconic, "Good evening and welcome to Kansas!" The show will take place in Ivins, Utah, marking a big return for the singer who joined Kansas in 2014.
