Bag of hands found in Siberia

Someone may have been using human hands for fish bait. But how did they get 27 pairs?

Russian police are investigating the discovery of a bag of hands...just themselves. The "Siberian Times" says a bag containing 54 severed human hands has been found in eastern Siberia recently.

Investigators have no clue as to who the 27 pairs of hands belong to, or why they were in a bag near a river. But they did organize the appendages in pairs to take crime photos.

The bag of hands was found at a popular fishing spot near a city of half-a-million people, close to the Chinese border.
