AEROSMITH:  Highlights tribute to legendary Muscle Shoals studio

Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Kid Rock, Brent Smith of Shinedown, Jason Isbell and Michael McDonald are among the artists on a tribute album honoring the legendary Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Alabama.

Muscle Shoals…Small Town, Big Sound is due out on September 28th. The first single, a cover of The Rolling Stones' "Brown Sugar" done by Tyler and Nuno Bettencourt, comes out tomorrow (Friday).

The album was recorded at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals over the past year. It features Grace Potter tackling "I'd Rather Go Blind," Kid Rock doing "Snatching It Back," Aloe Blacc's take on "I’ll Take You There," Michael McDonald's version of "Cry Like a Rainy Day" and Smith of Shinedown doing "Mustang Sally."
