Olivia Newton-John has revealed that she had a third cancer battle that she never told the public about.
In an interview with the Australian TV show Sunday Night, Newton-John said that the bout took place in 2013. It was detected after she was involved in a minor car crash, but she decided not to talk about it.
Newton-John's current battle with the disease, which was thought to be her second, but is actually her third, began in 2017 with the discovery of a tumor at the base of her spine. She has been treating it with radiation and natural remedies, including medical marijuana. In the Sunday Nightinterview, which can be seen on YouTube, she expressed optimism that she "will win over it."
