Mariah Carey's 'Glitter' revived by viral campaign

Mariah Carey's Glitter was one of the most mocked movies in recent memory -- but her Lambs have decided the soundtrack needs to be a hit, 17 years after it bombed.

A Mimi fanatic started a Twitter campaign called #JusticeForGlitter, and within a few days, it swept across the service -- and sales skyrocketed. How much did they go up? Over 8,300 percent, according to Billboard!

The Glitter soundtrack registered 3,000 sales in the past week, up from single digits the week before. Mimi is probably giggling -- and hoping this doesn't cut into sales of her new Caution album, which drops on Friday. (Billboard)
