Fans looking forward to seeing Linda Ronstadt next year are going to be disappointed. The singer, who no longer performs after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, was expected to appear at two speaking engagements, but has now canceled her dates.
Ronstadt cited “ongoing health issues” for the cancelation of her "Conversation with Linda Ronstadt” tour, which included two appearances in May, one at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey and another at Town Hall in New York.
According to the general manager at MPAC, Ronstadt "doesn’t feel comfortable travelling right now.”
