'The Cher Show' co-stars stop by the 'Today' Show

Micaela Diamond and Jarrod Spector brought The Cher Show to the Today show on Thursday morning.

The 19-year-old Diamond, who makes her Broadway debut as the youngest of the trio of actresses playing Cher, discussed immersing herself in the role with Kathie Lee and Hoda. And she credited her experienced co-stars -- including Spector, who played Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys and Barry Mann in Beautiful -- with helping her fit right in.

Micaela Diamond talked about playing the youngest of Broadway's Cher's on NBC: "We had about a year to get it together and start to feel her in my body. And with the help of these icons on stage with me, Jarrod and Stephanie J. Block... I started to feel like her. And she [Cher] was around, so we got to really spent some time with her."

Spector and Diamond, backed by members of The Cher Show band, then delivered a knockout performance of "I Got You Babe."
