A new Motown exhibit is set to open in Texas next month. “Motown: The Sound of Young America,” curated by the GRAMMY museum, will open April 13th at the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin.
The 3,000-square-foot exhibit will feature vintage stage outfits from legendary Motown acts like The Supremes, The Temptations, Four Tops, The Jackson 5 and more and will also include interactive displays where visitors can do things like perform The Supremes’ “Stop! In The Name of Love” on stage, play drums on The Temptations' “My Girl,” and more.
The exhibit will run through January, and is expected to hit other cities once its Austin run is done.
