Eric Clapton is bringing back his Crossroads Music Festival for the first time in six years and he’s enlisted some all-star friends for the two-day event.
This year’s festival will take place September 20th and 21st at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, the city that hosted Clapton's first-ever Crossroads Festival. In addition to Clapton, it will feature performances by Gary Clark, Jr.,Bonnie Raitt, Jeff Beck, Sheryl Crowand Vince Gill, as well as Peter Frampton, ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, the Buddy Guy Band, Joe Walsh, James Bay, Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, and more.
Clapton will perform on both dates, with a different set of artists each night, although so far a daily lineup hasn’t been announced.
Tickets for the concert go on sale April 5th. Proceeds from the festival go towards Clapton’s Crossroads Centre in Antigua.
