ABBA frustrated by delays in their digital release

ABBA's new music will be out this fall.

Björn Ulvaeus says at least one track will be released "in September or October." He tells a Danish newspaper this new music "has been delayed for too long," because it's tied to the band's long-delayed TV project. He admits being frustrated about the time needed to produced the foursome's avatar-driven production.

Last April, ABBA announced a "digital tour" featuring at least two new songs. Plans were revealed for a special to be produced by NBC and the BBC to air in December 2018. That show has since been pushed back to later this year.

"I Still Have Faith In You" and "Don’t Shut Me Down" will be the first ABBA originals in nearly 40 years. (London Evening Standard)
