Sometimes it’s easy to forget that Madonna is a mother of six, and she admits she’s learned a lot from having to take care of so many children.
"(Having children has) reminded me how precious time is, and how each child requires attention and vigilance and guidance in a different way," she tells “Today.” "Really, you have to be ready for anything. They teach you to stop being obsessed with yourself, cause they're always there to throw a wrench into the works. ... Self-obsession is not allowed with children."
She adds, "The more kids that you have, the better you get at being a parent."
So, would she be open to adding to her family? "Um ... not right this second," she said. "But never say never."
