Freddie Mercury would have turned 73 Thursday, and in celebration, Hollywood Records and Mercury Records have released a box set titled Never Boring.
It's a specially-curated selection of his music, visuals, written and spoken words. There are three CDs with 32 tracks, including a 12-track compilation of many of Freddie’s greatest solo performances; a newly mixed 11-track special edition of “Mr Bad Guy”; and the nine-track 2012 special edition of Barcelona featuring a full orchestra.
Each CD -- Never Boring, Mr. Bad Guy and Barcelona -- will also be available individually on CD, vinyl, and digital and streaming services.
The Blu-ray and DVD discs feature 13 promo videos and an interview, and there's a 120-page hardback book, which contains an introduction from Rami Malek, who played Freddie in Bohemian Rhapsody.
Never Boring will be out on October 11th.
