TMZ reports that Simmons checked in to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles today to have a temporary stent placed in his urethra to help pass the stones.
Kidney stones are quite painful, but Simmons has not been sitting still since coming off the road. He posted a video from the premiere of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, which he and the family attended last night (Monday) at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles.
