Toto rang down the curtain on their 40 Trips Around the Sun tour by reuniting with one of the band's founding members.
Keyboardist David Paich, who has been sidelined by health issues, returned to the band near the end of Sunday night’s show show in Philadelphia to sing "Africa," which he co-wrote and sang on record.
Guitarist Steve Lukather has said that Toto will now go on a long, and possibly permanent, break.

Hey Luke here.. Just wanted to personally say to you ALL out there who have been to all the shows these last years , and always and have enjoyed the new music we made as well as all the old stuff... and the love you have given me and the band will stay with me forever.. it's been one hell of a ride and YOU all made that happen !! It's been a joy and honor and you will us down the road in one way or another.. not the same.. cant be anymore.. BUT .. the music lives on as do the memories of ALL members past to present that made the music as good as it came out and the way you have embraced us into your lives.
MASSSIVE love and thanks to our amazing road crew and our ENTIRE team. This a huge team effort!!
