Phil Collins and his ex Orianne Cevey are continuing their nasty break up.Phil has received permission from a Dade County court to enter the Miami Beach mansion he wants to Cevey from so he can identify his personal belongings.
In his lawsuit, Phil believes there is a risk that Orianne or her new husband, Thomas Bates, "will remove, conceal or destroy valuable and irreplaceable personal property" from the home.
The attorney Cevey has countered by stating that Phil "should be ordered to cease and desist from harassing Orianne, her children and her new husband." Specifically, Orianne claims that additional hidden cameras, not related to the security system, have been discovered inside the house -- including "in her personal bathroom and dressing room."
There's an issue over who really owns the disupted home.. Orianne now claims to be a co-owner -- while Phil said he actually owns the North Bay Road mansion outright, but had been renting it to his ex.
The mansion is now listed at $40 million. (WPTV Palm Beach)
