Bonnie Tyler returns with a new album in February

Bonnie Tyler is getting set to treat her fans to a new collection of power ballads—the sound she’s famous for.

The Wales star known for iconic hits like "It's a Heartache," "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and "Holding Out for a Hero" will release The Best Is Yet to Come on February 26th.

The album’s title track is an all new song (not a remake of the Frank Sinatra song with the same title.).

Bonnie talks about the album’s title track:

"Familiar title, but it's definitely a new piece of music. It was written by Steve Womack. He's written some incredible songs for me for the album. It's just timeless, you know. And the chorus is fantastic. I love singing them, you know. And he's written me about four or five tracks on the album. He's just got me, you. He writes for me, it's, uh, fantastic."

Bonnie Tyler says releasing this new album will keep her optimistic this year:

"It comes out 26th of February, it's called The Best Is Yet to Come. We got the bad days on the run, with the vaccine -- thank God for the wonderful scientists. I don't think we'll ever take anything for granted in life anymore, yeah? I believe by the summertime, we would be living a normal life."
