John Lennon’s box Plastic Ono Box set will finally be released on April 16th.
Plastic Ono Band: The Ultimate Collection contains six CD’s, along with two Blu-Ray discs. It features 87 never released recordings. There’s also a new “ultimate” mix of the original album, along with several outtakes, jam sessions and demos. There are other extras including a hardback book containing lyrics, rarely seen photos and images, memorabilia and notes.
There’s also a new video for "Mother (Ultimate Mix") and an unboxing video for the entire set that has been posted to YouTube.
