Queen’s Brian May is talking about spending the last year during the pandemic slowly regaining his health after suffering a heart attack.
The legendary Queen guitarist tore his Gluteus Maximus while he was gardening, and also had a heart attack -- caused by three blocked arteries.
The rock ‘n roll icon, who is 73, recently told the London Express, "I’ve been through a few adventures shall we say... The best thing [about the experience] probably is it made me much more aware of fitness."
Brian follows a meat-free diet and he also said he’s "absolutely devoted to my physio every day of my life and building up the strength in my heart muscle and the rest of my body as well. It’s actually a pretty good story on the whole."
