Fans of the late George Michael won't get a chance to see a hologram version of the 80’s star onstage any time soon.
Michael's former manager David Austin recently said: “We were going to see if we could do a hologram idea in the middle of the Royal Albert Hall. But I went around to some people who did the Tupac hologram and they were really [terrible].The problem with holograms is people just don’t engage, 20 minutes in, people are on their phone. There won’t be a ‘HoloWham.'"
ABBA's Voyage show continues to pack fans in London, and a Whitney Houston hologram show recently halted temporarily in Las Vegas to "enhance production." (Evening Standard)
