Kate Bush has just reached a new high on the ‘Billboard Hot 100’ chart. Thanks to the new season of “Stranger Things,” the singer’s 80’s hit “Running Up That Hill (Deal With God)” has just moved up to #3, making it her highest charting single.
The song is also at #10on the Pop Airplay, Adult Pop Airplay and Adult Contemporary charts, becoming her first Top 10 hit on all of those charts. It’s also at #5 this week on the Alternative Airplay chart, which is now her fifth Top 10, and second Top Five, hit on that chart.
Kate now has the longest-ever run to that chart position for a non-holiday release. It has taken 36 years, 10 months and three weeks to make it to the Top Three.
