Creedence Clearwater Revival just hit a huge chart milestone, which has only been done by four other artists. Their iconic compilation ‘Chronicle’ from 1976 just notched its 600th week on the chart.
Chronicle landed at #58 on the latest Billboard 200. The only other artists/albums to achieve that were: Pink Floyd's 1973 album The Dark Side of the Moon, (962 weeks), Bob Marley and the Wailers' 1984 compilation Legend (741 weeks), Journey's Greatest Hits from 1988 (723 weeks) and Metallica's self-titled album, often referred to as The Black Album (670 weeks).
Chronicle is CCR’s biggest-selling album. It was certified diamond in 2016 for 10 million in sales.
