Janet Jackson was scheduled to begin her “Black Diamond” tour in 2020 before COVID ended those plans. A new report has said Janet is planning a major musical comeback.
According to “The Sun” Janet is planning to re-work her original tour plans, and to add some music to the set.
An insider close to Jackson said, “Janet has been preparing for her music comeback for a while and is gearing up for a performance that packs a punch.” The source added, “She is so grateful to her fans for sticking by her while she has had a few years out to start a family and wants to thank them with an amazing production.”
The report indicated that the new tour will “focus on the reissue of her 1997 album 'The Velvet Rope' as well as some brand new material. It’s a massive deal.”
