Dolly Parton has just revealed several of rock stars that will be featured on her upcoming album ‘Rock Star’ album.
Dolly has revealed that Paul McCartney, Steven Tyler, Stevie Nicks, John Fogerty and Steve Perry are all on the album. It will include a cover of The Rolling Stones (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction," and Parton was asked on ABC's The View if she was going to have Mick Jagger to sing on the Stones cover.
Dolly said, "I'm doin' my best to try to get him on, but I did his song anyway. I think Pink and Brandi Carlile are gonna be singing on that particular song with me."
Parton also did covers of Elton John’s “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me,” which she hopes to get him to sing on, Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Free Bird," and Prince’s "Purple Rain.”
